We have been in Kathmandu for 3 years – and we never miss Denmark

… we miss our friends and the European Art Scene.

On 13th May we’re so privileged to get a small relief from our longing.

Home Sick Blues is a weird collection of graphic, collages, oil paintings, photography from artists like Christian Lemmerz, Michael Kvium, Peter Bonde, Haugen Soerensen among others.

The individual works have only one thing in common.

We love them all.

Getting these unique pieces to Kathmandu has only been possible because of our close relations with Den Roede (The Red) and the artists.

Den Roede alias Claus Christensen – one of Copenhagen’s best chefs and a passionate Art Collector – has forwarded 20 pieces from his unique collection by contemporary Danish artists…. artists who are all friends from our local hood in down town CPH with Byens Kro and Restaurant Gl. Moent as epic centers.

The works will of course be for sale – unless we buy everything ourselves.
